Payment Terms
All e-Check/ACH payments will be made payable to Omni Consulting LLC (d/b/a PureBond). By placing an order, you authorize PureBond to initiate a single ACH/electronic debit to your account in the amount of your order. Payments made after 11 PM Eastern Time will be applied as of the next business day. Once payment is authorized, there cannot be any changes or corrections.
Use of Our Website
Unless specified otherwise, your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and the PureBond Privacy Policy. You are prohibited from modifying, distributing, transmitting, reproducing, publishing, licensing, transferring, or selling any information, products, or services obtained from this Website.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our research materials, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS once an order has been received. Because our products cannot be resold once shipped, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued for delivered orders under any circumstances.
Refunds are available only if an order is cancelled before it has shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@purebond.shop as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
