Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery Estimates
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the order date. Expedited options reduce this to 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account at purebond.shop/my-account/.

Incorrect or Missing Orders
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order, please contact support@purebond.shop within 7 days of delivery. We will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
