Due to the nature of our research products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or items are missing from your order, please contact us at support@purebond.shop within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos if applicable (for damaged items)
We will review your claim and arrange a replacement promptly.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they ship. To request a cancellation, email support@purebond.shop as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Purity Guarantee
If a PureBond product falls below its stated purity level as confirmed by an accredited independent laboratory, we will issue a replacement or full refund. Purity claims must be verified through an approved testing facility.
